“I turned 70 years old this summer, and decided to make it an uplifting mile marker by resuming running. I found the perfect re-entry into an activity I had enjoyed well into my 50s but for which I had since lost motivation.
Stacey Stoner’s “Couch Potato to 5K” steadily and rather quickly got me comfortable running 5K distances. I re-discovered the joy of cool morning runs and the confidence and renewed energy that comes with using one’s body wisely and well.
